download speed was fine for me and the billboard at the end of the level is still there(written that jonas nöll made it and textures are from remedy, tehre is rat on it.)
Well it's nicely hidden not only at a point you'll rarely look at but also (at least for me) it's invisible unless looking at it from an angle you'll unlikely go to:
