jetaudio It has a nice toolbar option, which displays the whole player above your taskbar (the same height as your taskbar), and features many filetypes and capable of convert alot of files with many settings.
But the 'good' version costs a little bit of money but nothing expensive, and you'll definately be happy with it. I hope.
