How should that work? Adobe Photoshop CS3 alone takes 649 $ away from your budget:

But if you replace PS with GIMP then it works fine. You only have to pay for ZBrush (595 $) and you get the rest of them for free (Blender and GIMP) plus a few additional smaller tools of your choice like Fragmotion, Milkshape or a terrain editing software like this one: http://www.freeworld3d.org/

At Dexsoft we are working alot with GIMP and some of our packs have been made with Blender (like the last and the upcoming vegetation pack).

i coulda swore you could get photoshop for like 199 somewere, maybe that was on ebay or something, I prefer gimp over photoshop, but then again most people refuse to use it or blender, so I just tried to put blender in there hoping it wasnt asking too much for just one open source prog. laugh

Well, i dont have to worry about photoshop, My dad has it and never uses it so he said he will give it to me.(I dont know what version it is tho, so i am hoping that is the most recent version)I dont know what zbrush is so i will check that out. I have tried blender but i never really got the way it works, so i stayed with med and carrarra. I haent tried gimp so i will look it up and see how good it is sometime, but right now i am busy studying for finals. Thanks again for all you help
