Simpsonetti OP Member Joined: Feb 2003 Posts: 105 Massachusetts, USA	Hello, I updated from A5 to A6 about 5 years ago. I was not sent a CD, but it was e-mailed to me (my username and password). I still have my original A5 install disk and floppy disk with A5 user and passwords, but I don't even have a floppy drive on my computer to install A5! I'd like to somehow get the A6 update... What should I do? I can't even find a contact E-mail. Every day I get up and look through the Forbes list of the richest people in America. If I'm not there, I go to work. What the world needs is more geniuses with humility, there are so few of us left.

jcl Chief Engineer Joined: Jul 2000 Posts: 28,077 Frankfurt	If you have access to a PC with a floppy drive, copy the content from your key disk on an USB stick. It's just a single file that you can unzip into your A5 folder for unlocking it. As to the A6 version, please send an email to the support address listed on the Support FAQ page. They'll have a bunch of advices how to upgrade to A7 despite a lost key, and how to reconstruct a lost key.
