I want to ask whether Waldimir looked into it and can reconstruct the problem.
I noticed one new point of the bug list:
Version 7.07.6
FBX models with bones animation received wrong vertex positions when different inherit transformations between parent and child bones were used (all A7 versions; fixed in A7.08.3). Please make sure when editing and importing FBX models that all bones use the same inherit transformation.
I tested the import again with the Beta version 7.085 but it doesn't solve the problem. Should it work with the Beta?
