(The 3d Gamestudio forums probably aren't the ideal place to find 2d artists, so if anyone can refer me to an artist they've worked with before, I would really appreciate it.)
Looks like you need someone who is good at vector drawing programs like illustrator. I dont know anyone around here like that except for maybe bupaje.
