The html on the first page is auto generated by a design program. I do not see the part where it is mysql powered. The html on the second page is awfully coded, never use & nbsp; as a design element, not to mention the invalid syntax of the page in the first place.

Regarding the other topic that was discussed in this thread; I don't think its a big problem for someone to be 16 if they want to work (and I can speak of my experiences as well); one at that age could have very mature design and coding skills already as well, especially since those topics have their place even in the lower years of the UK school system.

Still, here is much place for improvements. You should really try to write better and cleaner code.
