I agree with with HeelX. I know some artists who possibly would have the required skills.

I am not sure if I would like to work at id Software. They seem to be a bunch of tough macho guys and if you read some stories of ex-employees (like American McGee) then you get the impression that the working atmosphere isn´t very nice there.
