Im not experiencing any problems in any other application.

I am running directx 9 in WinXp.

I uninstalled the device in device manager, and used driver cleaner professional (http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=745) to remove all audio drivers. Then I reinstalled the drivers from CD again, and now it works just fine.
