action planet_action
{
my.material = shader_planet;
}
thats the action i`m applying to the planet

could you please post a working demo with the planet shader working in lite-c. That would save a lot of errors.
Thanks

not the wed sun! its actually a sun model... lol. in my game i have a sun with an attacked sun sprite, and assign the sun_object model, and that were it will get the values, and you put the sun acoording to the planet position.
abou the lite- c, there no need for demo, and i don't use lite-c, there is no error here. it works for me.. I mean its just a shader come on, you just need the fx file, that i provided, and the entity (sun) action and the planet action, that's all.
now if the shading is not working, but no errors are shown, seams there is a little problem with the model, or card, since this works for me, and for others too..

ok here is a demo. DOWNLOAD 430kb run it, and tell me if it works, if you see the effect.. the left,is not shader, the middle, is planet white (you see just the effect), the right is the planet texture + shader...
