This is ExGen, you can use it to make sweet animated sprites. I don't know if someone else posted this link already or not.

Here is a feature in the trial version that I would like to point out that would make it interesting for us tight-wads: it has two modes; in demo mode you have access to all the features, but cannot export; in lite mode, you have limited features and can export your work!
