Collision is a tricky part in game developement. We will have to know more details about your project to give you a helpful answer.
Please read the Topics about the "collision-engine" in the handbook (F1 in SED) then give it a try and ask again.

Hi Here there's a drawing of the wall with an empty door. it is a fps game and the player can't walk under the empty wall door. maybe I need to configure the player or what? thank you!

do the collision detection in the player code. Try setting the POLYGON flag of the player entity. Do you move the player with c_move?
