If would look for a team i wouldn't join in because of an one texture-shot and a little photoshopping.
And you haven't told something about yourself. So what did you do so far to start such an amazing project like this one? You need a lot managing- and scripting-skills. So dont get me wrong but most people with one post and a giant idea failed. (well i had such an idea too and its still alive and i dont have a big team we are only two and just planning every little script in it's function since most of the planned stuff is quiet unusal and must be well planned. so before you start looking for teammates, write your concept down and present it to those teamsearching guys around here.
