3x 1gb ddr2 800mhz rams will do it but you have to chack if your mainboard supports that type/speed of ram.

go start->run->enter msinfo32.exe press [Enter]

that will list all your system info. (Probably your mainboard listed as mainboard or "System Model/Type").
