Might you explain the advantages of a node based game engine architecture ?
It is true that it is becoming quite popular but definitly it is not intuitive and probably you need many more lines of code, I suppose, to achieve the same results

I am too lazy to go through Ogre's tutorial, also because I hate Ogre
