I've heard of Shiva, and wow, it looks great! I'll try it out as soon as I can.
However, I didn't like their physics demonstrations. Leadworks looks nice because it uses Newton physics which is awesome. I've made a vehicular combat game in the past using Newton Physics and it was a blast!
