i mean like getting bone handle with ent_bonename(ENTITY*,STRING*,var num) but without vertex number.
is there any function like this or something that can be used?

ent_bonename doesnt doesnt return a handle, just the STRING* name of the bone.
Bones have no handle as such, you access them by Entity & BoneName as Flits as shown. The string name of the bone is the closest you'll get to a handle.

Give us a better idea of what you need the "handle" for, and we'll try to
figure a way to get to want you want to do.

from the manual:
....
ent_bonename(ENTITY*,STRING*,var num)
Gets the name or handle of a bone that controls the vertex with the given number.

Parameters:
ENTITY* entity pointer
STRING* string to be set to the bone name, A7.08 or NULL for returning the bone handle
num number of a vertex attached to the bone.

Returns:
Bone handle if the bone was found, otherwise 0.
....

i want to use them because handles work faster than bone names

maybe, use ent_boneparent for getting the whole bone tree?
