Whats your problem after all? People told you whats wrong in your program, and to begin with the tutorial, so what do you still not understand?

There is no WED in Lite-C, which might possibly be the reason why you havent managed to start it. Lite-C is only a language and no level editor. Read the documentation.

I dont think that you are more stupid than all other people here who had not such problems writing their first programs. The only thing you need to do is really, make yourself a little familiar with the very basics of a tool you want to use. Just a piece of advice.
