ya that sort of answers my question in that if someone labeled senior member doesn't quite know the answer then i was on the wrong track.

im trying to get together a sweeping strike that can connect at any point the strike is in motion, but only deals damage once to each target caught in it. come to think, that isnt uncommon in games..

spose i could set a skill to make all entities hit by a sweeping strike temporarily immune to all sweeping strikes.. sounds a bit chicken really..

if i still seem on the wrong track im open to comments and criticism ppl
