Edit:

pretty nice, but If i were you I'd add a lot more polys to the torso, and elbow. other than that, looks pretty nice.

I think the chin and face look pretty good in the demo, the animation is good! but you should fix the chest. Also his belt buckle looks like it might be a hat rack, I would change that also. But I think it has potential. I also like the effects and the texture also. His legs look sort of strange in the inner thigh...

thats right the chin and all like i want to do it! we all know schwarzenegger in conan and so I want make it with a little bit more.. chin ^^. The chest I think is okay the only problem with it is the bone that stratch him too much but well its only a little funny test i like the model and hmm the polycount is nice too so thx for the c&c and more allways welcome.
My main point is too show that a model must'n be perfekt and can have funny propertions (right word? dont know^^)..

funny proportions are only ok if they are done right. Otherwise they are no longer funny, they become distracting from the point of having fun playing the game.

Your player has to get immersed in the game, if things look too strange he wont play.

Things must not always be perfect but they must be minimally acceptable. Unless of course you don't care if your game is just trash, then design it however you feel like regardless of what anyone thinks, noone will be playing it anyway. "you" is generally speaking of course...
