The engine gives you the ability to create panels, change their size,position color,layer, alpha, image, rotation and scale. You can have text objects and different kinds of buttons(radio, checkbox, normal button).
The whole interaction of the panels and their movement etc depend only on your coding skills. and for that lite-c is really good.
I can just recommend this engine. It's a great tool for develope games, if you have experience in c-like programming languages
