The reason I suggest Conitec is because they programmed the engine, they should know more about it and how to implement more features. It's not a bad idea to have a contest though smile . I agree that it does need a solid demo, I just want to know how Conitec would program the game, as I mentioned, it would be great to have users donating models and textures, or even being paid for them, but I think that Conitec should make the coding. I mean, doing code for a fps is a small affair, AI could take a bit of time, but it wouldn't have to be great.

I just think that people deserve to see how much the engine can pull off on it's own. It makes it more fair to understand in the long run how they could do some things. I'm pretty sure that Conitec knows their game engine well enough, but most of the features, although tested before releasing, have not been tried to work in a true game. It comes down to how well it goes in the end, and I believe that it would be a great learning experience for us all. I think that A7 could pull off better than A6, but I want to see what the basis of A7 could pull off. No SDK, No Plugins, just A7 itself.
