The complete lack of overall technical support wasn't surprising, almost reminiscent of the last time I came here looking for standard help.

I appreciate the users who had tried to give me a hand in getting started, but this has just swayed my decision to pass on the purchase of this product. There is no real tech support, and its pretty sad that a program like this, doesn't even work once you get to the third line in the 'Getting Started' document.

This is not a piece of software I will recommend for anyone to look into.

Maybe when the company releases another version, that works.
