Thank you much Quadraxas good to heasr from ya. Yea it downloads fine, the install executable seems to be fine. The glitch only happens on the install. I will install on a computer that is not so important and not on the network and see what happens. I definitely won't uninstall then.
Edit Note: the uninstall.exe file is not in the previous install directory from 7.10, there is only an uninstall.txt file.
