Hi, I'm trying to make a little 5mb game for the Fall 2008 contest (Aum77) but I don't have A7 (I have A6).
According to a member named 'GEORGE' of AUM, the game has to be A7.

George suggested that I get Lite-C Free edition, and I did.

My PROBLEM is that when I publish, it makes the .exe and the '.CD' folder, but when I open the .exe, it says it cannot compile my script.

And when I tryed changing the file extention from .wdl to .c, it still did'nt work.

Will I have to BUY Lite-C to publish script files like .wdl?

lite-c free only supports lite-c language i guess no c-script(wdl).

and since they are diffrent languages changing .wdl extension to .c wont make your script lite-c, see aum's or manual's migrating to lite-c part.

I am not sure if this will help, If you are using lite-c to do your game, when you save your code all ways save it like this (MyGame.c) if you don't A7 will save your code as .wdl file some time. alway put the .c at the end.

renny

I have A7 Commercial .............. Now I just need to learn how to use it

Thanks guys, I actualy got it to work last night, I just needed to include the two little things (I forgot the other file and which one is .h and .c lol)

#include acknex.c
#include default.h

And then I had to 'error by error' change VAR's to vars, and use different methods in my functions. For someone who is used to WDL, LC is like the new VISTA.... TOTAL PAIN IN THE @$$ LOL
