I second Inestical; give us a web site (non-free..."banners n' ads" scream 'we are not serious and we don't have enough faith in what we're doing to put a few bucks into it'). On the web site, show a few teasers (screen shots of levels in progress, concept art, etc.). Have a basic outline of the style/feel of the game. In short, have artists walk away from your site thinking "Man, that looks cool! I have a million ideas already!".
