Thanks. The sheath is actually built into the shield. But it's no problem to rotate the shield a bit to either side, so the sword handle would be closer to
the shoulder. Yes, the chain mail has a zipper :-) Actually I wasn't really planning to create anything realistic, I had fantasy in mind when I came up with the design.
I noticed that people from the west (sorry, I'm from Asia) are much more critical if it comes to realism in games. Maybe we are a bit more tolerant, hence in Asian MMORPGS or in general, you see a lot of female humans/elves with skimpy armor that hardly protects anything. But I tried to come up with something which also suits the western taste. I hope I had some success.
I'm not too familiar with MED yet, but you should be able to assign a shader to the armor which recreates some shininess.
