Hi Im proficient in 3dsmax animating.
I can create models with normal maps, specular and diffuse base.

Also I have experience with C++ and C# so i have a good understanding of the technical requirements for models.
my pipeline is Silo3d (Model)->photoshop(Texture) ->3dsmax(animate).
