hey ello, i have an e-mu as well too bad the keys aren't weighted and the response time is quite big, so i don't know if i can recommend it 100%. however, it comes with a fantastic set of software and isn't too expensive either.
If you want weighted keys it'll get a lot more expensive though, there are no midi keyboards under 200€ with weighted keys.. usually only touch sensitive keys,
