Also, you are right. USUALLY you cannot use the GS post processing with antialiasing. However, on many modern Nvidia GPUs (like mine), the GPU automatically samples render targets and buffers with a selected anti-aliasing filter. I am positive, however, that this is not the problem; especially if you get these results with other shaders.
