smile very true Quadraxas.. i must say i started into games with 3DGS. By chance.. we had it on school computers installed.

It was easy for me to enter game dev. with it. Initially i followed tuts and workshops. I did a complete game using templates. (though art side is very bad) still i got hands on the game dev..

now am using the engine for simulation of crowd. i must say i evaluated many engines before recommending 3DGS to my team. 3DGS was the only one who could support 1000 entities in a single camera view without dropping the frame rate to below 30 fps.

Others were running at 3 to 4 fps. some crashed also ! smile
