damn shit... the hd is definately broken. so i think i need to go to a recovery service. at least there is a good one in a town not too far away and they create a free diagnosis and list of files so one can choose and only pay for the files needed. anyhow, i hate the manufacturer of this shitty HD. it lasted only three month. thats nothing...
