because number one, not everyone likes to admit on a forum that they participate in activities that are considered illegal in there country (if it is) two, most people smoke the two of them for seperate reasons, and three, the two habits are very different, most people who smoke pot (asside from hardcore addicts) dont smoke 20 or more marijuana cigs a day which is the amount in a pack of regular cigarettes.
