how do i convert a .wdl file format to a .c file format??

First read the section in the manual on
Migration to Lite-C ...search for migration

Backup your work
Save file to .c
The long way is :
run the program...it will stop at every syntax error.
pick up the correct information from the manual and
change all similar situations with search and replace (one at a time)

This should get you started.
