Project Information:
We are currently hiring for the positions listed below for the project ‘Ground Tactics’. The game is an Online First Person Shooter (FPS) which works specifically on putting the player into a more in touch with the game environment and activities involved with this genre game. We are keeping most details within the team and every member who begins signed onto our team will be necessary to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) in order to keep the structure of the game together without public knowledge. The game does require that all team members stay and remain active throughout the course of the contracted work. All team members are required to use and facilitate our “weTEAM” tool designed specifically by our team to organize work and create a solid and effective workflow for the team. The project provides flexible timelines and scheduling as well as a very effective team great with communication and available with time. Current Team:
The current team that is made up by Ground Tactics is quite diverse so far, yet very small. We are trying to keep our roots and size very minimal for easiest management and keeping ourselves able to easily communicate freely amongst everyone on the team while located in various locations around the world. We have (1) Concept Artist, (1) Multiplayer Programmer, (1) Shader Engine Programmer, and (1) Lead Developer currently. Each of them take their position and the time they put forth to the project very seriously and we expect the same out of anyone who applies for the listed jobs below.


Jobs Offered:

Gameplay Programmer
Brief Description:
Requirements for taking on this role on our team need the applicant to efficiently design, program, and implement a semi-complex Gameplay system into the current project. Upon receiving this job you will receive a detailed document stating what the entire Gameplay system entails so we expect you to know prior to taking this job that it may require complex tasks to complete the position. In basic it does include player walking, running, ducking, laying, shooting, cover system, as well as others that may not be mentioned here.

Model/Animation Rigger
Brief Description:
The applicant must be able to manage simple tasks for the game and range from small to large projects to assist in the game planning and management for models and player animations. This job will also accommodate that Gameplay Programmer posit ion so contact between the two positions will be crucial.
