I have came to an idea of developing an commercial racing game. But I can't make more then 2% if I work alone on this game. So, I decided to try to find anyone that can help me make this game possible.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This will be a futuristic racing game, that will have some elements of menagement. In this game player can buy and sell his vehicle, customize and upgrade his vehicle, earn money, and become the best driver in the league...

JOB OFFERED

Programmers
- Must be expirienced programmer that can make AI for racing game.
- Must be programmer that has made at least one racing game.

Modellers
- Modellers must know how to make good looking human characters in the first place.
- Must be skilled in making any other models from the artwork.
- It is not priority to be familiar with 3ds Max.

Environment Scripter
- Sholud know how to make various effects that are needed by standard racing game.

Texture artists
- Know how to make good looking realistic textures for human characters and anything else.

Artists
- Good at making good looking 2D images.
- Good at making artwork needed by modellers.

Animators
- If possible use same applications as modellers.
- Can make realistic character animations.

Sound designer
- Can produce fine sound effects.
- Can produce some nice music that is suitable for this game.


I will be project leader, and game designer.
If this game sells, and I'm sure it will. Everyone who was in this team while development will get shere of profit.

Top priority are programmers and environment scripter, with out programmers this game can't be done.

maybe if you say little about your history as game developer then more people might apply for those jobs.

how many years are you in game development, how many finished projects you have finished so far?

I'm in game development for a about 5 years. Until now I have finished one or two games, but they aren't made with Gamestudio. One more my game should be released soon.

Ok and where are screenshots about your projects? Homepage URL or whatever.

there is none because it's only idea for now. that's why he's gathering a team - to create that game from scratch.

i wanted to know if you are beginner cause there is a lot posts like "I have a super cool idea for some game, i'm looking for a team and i will be the boss, you'll create the whole game for me" type and i thought look, here's another one, but i think i was wrong. you said you have experience, and 2-3 games already published - that's good.


but i think people would like to hear little more about your idea, concept, how do you plan for that game to look like?
