heya, i am facing this strange issue:
stencil shadows dont work when running a script from sed, but when i publish it and run the exe they work.

does anybody have a clue what the hell could cause this misbehaviour? anyone?

no, i am not using wed most of the time.

i am already using a non beta version and this issue is bugging me for a long time already... and only on my laptop. i can copy my gamestudio folder onto my other computer and it works... its totally crazy and not very funny

Did you try reinstalling gamestudio? Probably not, but perhaps there are some files that are of a wrong version in the same folder?

i just today reinstalled gstudio completely as jcl mentioned such things. didnt help. drivers? i cant think of it since the exe works. anyways, there are no driver updates for me since this damn dell freaks dont allow to use the updates straight from nvidia, as well as i cant install SP3 on this laptop. about this two restrictions i am very angry.

i've always been using them since asus has no updated nvidia drivers, neither.

hey, at least i could install a newer driver. sadly the issue still exists. to be honest i cannot think it is related to the driver since it works when i run published exes.. only running from sed doesnt work

Check and maybe delete any path settings.
