For me it looks like it was cut. How could he get the camera that calm that suddenly? And some televisions show the source when they are turned on or when the signal was gone for a while. So I think he just turned his television on after pressing the keys.

Also when you start a PS3 game i am pretty sure it says PS3 then the game intro credits etc., so either cut or awesome timing

he changed the video source you can see in the top left, as far as the camera shaking, it was probably from him changing hands to press the video button.
