Hi Every one !
I have a Models in 3DS file (and the texture is *.dss file)
I Imported it in to MED. It's ok (see Picture)



But When I load it it's into a level (by scrip (ent_create))
it's had a problem : some faces didn't appear (see Picture)



It's had many Pat of Texture :

Is that model ripped from Resident Evil, or was it just copied?

Also check all the normals of the faces, as some may be inverted

from the names of the textures, i can tell this is ripped ( 3DripperDX laugh )

convert textures to bmp and reimport in 24bit.

The engine automatically detects ripped textures and punishes you. At least when you rip them the wrong way. wink

What you did is creating an alpha texture with an opaque alpha channel. When you don't want your model to look this ugly, use DXT1 or 24 bit TGA.

And make sure that you own the textures before publishing a game.
