I have two questions I need help with

1st off is it possible to place maps in folders? then run them in the script? because I have to have all my models or maps in the same folder as the script, so is this possible to keep things tidy?

2nd is there a way to animate models easier? because I can't select the right bone I want, without selecting the hands or feet 8 times before I get the lower arm, the big yellow spheres get in the way.
