I have to use some levels and models produced by maya to make the game.
then how to import them into wed and med being a problem.
The mayato3dgs plugin cannot work but just show me the error"3dgs attributes don't exist."
I tried the .fbx format, when I imported the file, wed/med just show nothing.
then I tried the .obj format, and it seems to be successful.
but wed cannot import .obj file directly, I have to use med to import the level, then save it as .mdl for wed.
and the level seems too big(as a coder I do not know much about the graphic), when I built the bsp tree map or simple map, the engine showed me
"xxxx is too narrow
critical error:
e701"
I can't find what it means.
would somebody suggests an idea to import the level from maya to wed
and
import the model with bone and animation to med?
