It came out in 1994 i think. Oberland Computer are the publisher. Programmer was Carsten Fuchs.

Since the program is no longer produced, Carsten Fuchs released it for free. At least the website says.

But it is perfectly logical, because the program no longer produced or sold. And there is more than 13 years old.

In any case, the program is only for nostalgic reasons.
