a few things:

first, this sample is designed to be both a tutorial and a working shader. I only included the fragment shader because I did not want people to implement this without understanding how it works (not plug and play). I will submit a plug and play version with Iridium.

Regarding the copyright:
the code belongs to me and should not be distributed. You can however download/use the code from its original source on the wiki but I do not want people reposting it anywhere.
