Hey ppl

So i'm gonna be buyin a new laptop soon, and i wa thinking of buyin a mac book, but i want to be sure first if GameStudio will work on a mac. (I have the A7)

So, anyone know of anything? or any mac users out there that can help?

You could install Vista with Bootcamp on this Intel Macbook and install your games as before - and gamestudio, of course.

But you cannot run gamestudio on OS X.

im working on a macbook, there are several options, but all of them require you to run/emulate windows.

I found bootcamp the best like slacer said.
Besides that, in mac there's a nice emulator called parallels (costs about 60 euro).

VMWare would work too, but didnt test that myself.

but there's obviously no way to make an executable that runs on mac, all windows only (As said, due to DirectX).

I have an Intel iMac (2008) and gstudio only works with XP and Bootcamp. VMWare is to slow (especially the gfx part) and emulators like Darwine can't execute GStudio projects.

Try Parallels, that worked fine for me:
