You can export it to Med and import it as a whole model or segment it etc or you could convert to entity and import maybe...

Forgot to add: if you import and lite-c keeps the wed format then the import should result in blocks again provided the option is there in flags and stuff...
Same for wed import, if you retain as much as the original export, you should get mostly blocks back.
