EASE OF PRINTING~!!!
Printing the chm manual in a sensible format sucks...
I would LOVE to be able to print a "command reference" which
just contains all commands/function, in alphabetical order,
with just the CHM page for that command per "page",
even if that "page" is several printed pages.

Thats MY gripe anyway.
