I'll try a better installer for the next release, meanwhile you need to register WMBManager.dll (regsvr32 %PATH%\WMBManager.dll) and make sure these files are in the same folder:

FreeImage.dll
Giles2WMB.exe
Giles.xsl
GSA7Formats.dll
WMBManager.dll
