Iridium 1.0 Beta! The wait is over! An official Iridium Beta Version will be released Monday, June 22, 2009! If you have registered with us to test Iridium, you will get an email Monday at 10:00 am est with the download link, password, and manual. Enjoy these screens! I am currentley writing a "readme" but until then, press "0" and move with asdw and the mouse. change the time of day with the mouse scroller. The sun_angle is broken, so if you change it with the left mouse, the shadows will fail (I'm fixing this in the new beta version for later this week)

don't be TOO hard, I'm already aware of many problems like the shadow aliasing and such. This is just the general "feel" of the engine

not to sound rude, because i think its amazing what you've done, but it kinda hurts my eyes. the shadow aliasing/flickering/short distance is a constant visual distraction, and the overdone ssa0 makes everything look too soft, while the volumetric lighting makes it hard to tell what color anything is because its constantly changing and flickering. now like i said dont take it the wrong way i mean, just getting dynamic shadowmapping, ssao, and volumetric light itself is a testament to your skill, but the demo itself really hurts to look at. Also, you should probably activate the spec map that im sure the oasis pack came with because it also looks laminated.
