I tried it x times to import it in MED (everything is fine here).
Saving as an MDL7 and importing in WED.
Building the Map (donīt know why but it only needs 2 sec. for a whole world in mdl format).
Starting the game and thereīs no MDL model except the player and the skybox.
Oh and I can walk on an invisible terrain (no invisible flag turned on!).

Hope anyone knows a solution.
