Well, the reason why I'm surprised is (no offense) because sometimes you make bad English errors (e.g. "it willn't"). But I never thought you were 11/12 (1997) because your English is too good for that age. So I thought you must be something around my own age (or maybe a bit younger).
Hmm maybe it's hard to learn English if your native language is Arabic (you even have to learn a new alphabet).

I don't even study for English exams, because English classes in the country are too weak. I just learn with time (And i learn by my dad often, because he studied in Kuwait.)
